  • At this time, international shipping is not available.

  • Standard shipping is R120, subject to change depending on your delivery address and the final rate calculated at checkout.

  • Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable, unless due to an error on our part or a faulty item.

Orders on in-stock items are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days.

  • Pre-order items may take up to 2–14 business days to process.

  • Processing times may vary depending on order volume and external factors.

  • Once dispatched, delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

  • While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors such as weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

Delivery Address

  • If no one is available to receive your parcel, a delivery notice may be left at your address.

  • It is the customer's responsibility to arrange a re-delivery or collect the parcel within the time frame provided by the courier.
