Welcome to Manina! We strive to ensure that every item you purchase reflects our commitment to timeless style, quality, and elegance. However, we understand that there may be times when you need to return or exchange an item. Kindly review the policy below:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items may be returned for a credit note or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer care team via WhatsApp at 081 456 4551 to request a return authorization. Include:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return or exchange

  • A description of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is faulty or there was an error on our part.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier such as The Courier Guy,  PEP, or PostNet, and keeping your proof of postage. We cannot be held liable for lost or damaged parcels.

  • Prefer us to arrange the return? No problem! We can book a pickup with our courier—just send a shipping fee via EFT. Our banking details will be provided upon request via WhatsApp 081 456 4551.

Credit Note

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, and it meets our return criteria, a credit note will be processed within 2 business days.

  • Credit notes will be sent to the email address used when placing the order. Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to a fault or error on our part.

Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange for a different size, colour, or style, mention this when you request your return.

  • Exchanges are based on product availability. If we cannot fulfil your exchange, we’ll issue a credit note instead.

Final Sale Items

  • Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Please check the product description or contact us if you're unsure.
